Items must be unused , unworn and in their original packaging .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless the return results from an error on our part (defective, damaged or incorrect product).

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Return Procedure

Contact our customer service at: info@toutpourvous.be by indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

You will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Send the package to the address indicated in our reply.
3. Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be issued within 5 working days .

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of an error on our part).
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, worn jewelry, opened cosmetic products) cannot be returned.
